Mango Bellini

Ingredients
1 Tbsp. fresh mango,peeled, pitted and puréed
4 oz. chilled Prosecco (sparkling wine)
chilled Champagne flute
1 mango peeled, pitted and sliced for garnish

Directions:

1. Combine mango puree and chilled Prosecco in each Champagne glass and serve. Garnish with fresh mango slices on the rim.
